Sophie and Patrice offer you a warm welcome to their butcher's and delicatessen in a mountain setting. You'll find quality products carefully selected by our local producers. "Aux délices d'Aussois" offers meats, roast chickens, charcuterie and delicatessen dishes every day.
You can discover our raclette platters, meat platters for pierrade, and meat for fondue bourguignonne.
In summer, you'll find grills, kebabs and meats for your barbecues.
Patrice will be delighted to advise you and to meet your specific requirements (buffets, meals, receptions...).
